What was behind its creation? I’d say the necessity of centralized expertise, standardized practices, and accelerated value creation from data. Think of it as a cross-functional center of excellence that bridges IT, business, and innovation.
TEAM: Sounds ambitious, for sure! Can you also elaborate on the main mission and vision the Data Studio follows? Why are those important for TEAM’s high-quality delivery of data management services?
Andres: Of course. So, our mission is to design, build, and govern secure, scalable, and insightful data solutions that empower organizations to unlock the value of their information. We provide full-cycle data-related services, from ingestion and storage to analytics and AI, ensuring data compliance, quality, and accessibility for both technical and non-technical users.
As for the vision, we aim to be a global leader in data-driven transformation, where properly governed, AI-ready data powers every operational decision, workflow, and innovation. Andres [smiles]: Ah, going in headfirst, I see. Well, truth be told, the most challenging part is maintaining a technology-agnostic approach while always thinking ahead with our partners and customers. We don’t just design data solutions for today’s needs; we focus on ensuring they can scale and adapt to future scenarios and emerging disruptions. Balancing immediate value with long-term flexibility is complex, but it’s also the most rewarding part of our work.
TEAM: Since we went into the area of technology-focused challenges, can you briefly disclose the core tech stack the Studio leverages for daily challenges? Your team definitely stays abreast of the latest emerging technologies—we’re eager to learn how you do this.
Andres: Internally, our core technology stack is built on Microsoft Azure and Fabric, which provide the backbone for our data storage and management services. We also work closely with Salesforce , both as a platform and as one of our major internal data sources. To accelerate delivery and empower business users, we leverage low-code/no-code platforms, including Nintex and the Microsoft Power Platform.
For our partners, we always remain technology-agnostic, meaning we can reuse and enrich your existing architecture, or propose the most suitable stack for your specific use case and long-term goals.
To keep up with emerging tech advancements, our teams follow a continuous learning path, combining certifications, research, and real-world project experience. We actively test and adopt new tools where they add value, ensuring our customers benefit from the latest innovations without unnecessary risk.

Cost-effective data management services that solve your challenges through real innovation
TEAM: This is incredible, if you ask us! And how about any particular data-related projects that you’re proud of? It’d be super exciting to discover what interesting problems and solutions your team has recently tackled.
Andres [smiles]: Indeed, we have many of those. I’d like to think of us as one of the best big data analytics companies out there, so I say we’re proud of everything we deliver. But yes, let’s take this case we had for a famous ABM Platform that accelerates B2B sales and marketing as an example. This customer partnered with TEAM to build two data-driven solutions aimed at driving revenue with AI-powered advertising and scalable data solutions. The company’s main business challenge was establishing smarter, faster ad campaign execution and precise customer targeting. So, the goals we had to achieve included streamlining operations, improving campaign performance, and delivering better insights with less effort. As the company faced intense competition in the digital advertising space and needed to modernize its approach to customer targeting and campaign creation, TEAM was tasked to:
Identify high-potential users with greater precision
Reduce the complexity and time investment required to build campaigns
Enable faster decision-making with AI and automation
One of the projects focused on creating an advanced solution for intelligent targeting through behavioral data. And here, TEAM’s data experts built a robust data pipeline to extract and process user browsing behavior, leveraging Python, Scala, Spark, and Snowflake. This solution helped our customer generate enriched datasets, including cookies, IP addresses, and UUIDs, enabling more accurate real-time audience identification for personalized advertising.
And during the second project, we worked on a conversational ad campaign builder, using OpenAI and AWS Bedrock. Our team developed an AI-driven interface that enables users to create and launch advertising campaigns through natural voice and chat inputs. This significantly reduced friction in campaign setup, allowing for faster execution and iteration.
These two innovations, coupled with scalable infrastructure and secure cloud storage for the business’s future growth and expansion that we also delivered, empowered the platform to:
Improve targeting accuracy with behavioral data insights and smart segmentation.
Accelerate campaign creation and reduce the setup time from hours to minutes through conversational AI.
Enable more personalized and timely campaigns that drastically increased its revenue.
TEAM: By the way! We’ve briefly touched on this subject already in the context of applying AI, but let’s come back to it for a moment. Besides providing solutions directly related to data management and transformation, can you tell us more about how your team manages projects where there is a need to combine data services with something else for a customer, e.g., UI/UX design or cybersecurity implementation?
Andres: Yes, an interesting point, for sure. As I said, our Data Studio works hand in hand with all the other TEAM International’s Studios to deliver end-to-end IT solutions that go beyond data.
