In this role, you'll work with different teams and departments to attract and hire the brightest talent in the technology field.

3+ years of experience in IT staffing or headhunting
Good knowledge of the Polish IT market and its key stakeholders
HR interviewing experience
A large pool of connections
Good networking skills
As a Recruiter, you should be good at:

Recruiting or headhunting

Close collaboration with Hiring Managers, Talent Supply Managers, and Sales and Delivery departments

Direct communication with customers to introduce candidates and facilitate interviews

Internal and external Talent Job Marketing

Strong verbal and written skills both in Polish and English
