08:00 PACIFIC

In the fourth session of our “Keys to Realizing the Value of RPA” series, we will explore the various roles needed to implement RPA successfully. We will discuss the responsibilities for each role and how to prepare them to ensure overall readiness.
During this session, we will examine various delivery models that can be deployed, look at their pros and cons, and discuss which model is best for different types of organizations.
Finally, we will look at the role vendors can play in the delivery process. Which roles are most likely to be internal? Additionally, we’ll discuss the various ways to engage with external resources.

Goal: The goal of the session is to enable you to determine what you’ll need to create a global organizational perspective to successfully launch an RPA strategy and identify the correct delivery model for your organization.
