Challenge and Solution
FurstPerson had previous experience utilizing outsourcing vendors and were looking to find more suitable options in
terms of process maturity, technology expertise, operations transparency and overall quality. FurstPerson approached TEAM International to create a new hiring solution – Chat Simulation that allows employers to verify candidate’s skills and availability to handle several concurrent customer requests based on provided configuration. The solution allows storing candidate’s response and is able to analyze performance and other skills based on gathered metrics. Additionally, TEAM engineers’ work included enhancements to the existing legacy system. As a result of the engagement TEAM International delivered a ready-to-use product that addressed Client’s business needs.
