About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, customization, automation, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and experience collaborating with technical and functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret functional and technical requirements.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide specialized technical support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Participate in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Must have

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Configure and automate business processes using Salesforce Flows and other platform tools.
• Design and manage data models, security configurations, user roles, and permissions.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using APIs.
• Manage software testing, deployments, and version control processes.
• Apply best practices for code quality, performance optimization, and security.
