Two proven ways for starting your
RPA
journey

10/08

11:00 EASTERN
08:00 PACIFIC

In the first of our “Keys to Realizing the Value of RPA” series, we’ve discussed several common mistakes organizations make when starting their RPA journey. During the second session, we will discuss two proven ways to execute an RPA strategy. Whether it is a top-down corporate-driven initiative or a bottom-up division or unit approach, there are common characteristics of a successful organizational approach. We will discuss both strategies and provide advice for:

  • Documenting the value
  • Getting started: selecting the right processes with the right attributes
  • Demonstrating and proving the value
  • Finding additional use cases
  • Creating the momentum
  • Accelerating value across the organization
  • Setting goals & measuring benefits

Goal: The goal of the session is for you to be able to decide on whether a bottom-up or top-down approach is best for your organization. Moreover, we’ll define what you need to have in place organizationally to succeed with either method.
