In my last update, I shared with you some of the things that we had in the pipeline and I’m happy to confirm that since then a great deal of progress has been made.

It really has been all systems go. In August, we welcomed onboard our Microsoft Lab Head, which was later followed by our first set of employees starting at the Lab. Similar to our Top Gun Lab, our Microsoft lab focuses on all things Microsoft and our “students” come into this already with considerable work experience.

The first group will be focusing on Dynamics 365 and make the ideal team composition to offer a full end-to-end service. This includes both Dynamics 365 development (configuration, customization, business analysis, quality assurance, and project management) and functional consultancy expertise.

In addition to this, they have been mastering various engineering practices – gaining valuable experience in continuous integration using Azure DevOps, data migration from SQL Server to Dynamics 365, and data structure analysis, just to name a few.

As you can see, the students have learned a lot, and we are looking forward to their continued growth. I’d like to thank them for all the effort they’ve put in so far and I’m really looking forward to working alongside some of the top performers from the Microsoft Lab after graduation.

I’d also like to add that education efforts within the company have been progressing well. In the last couple of months, we’ve had an additional eight Microsoft certifications completed. Thanks to everyone who has dedicated their efforts to further improve their skills in Microsoft technologies.

So, what’s next? Talking about our short-term plans, one of our major initiatives is to continue to develop secure software development expertise in response to the threats of the modern digital world. In our experience, demand for information security, data protection, and secure software development is ever-increasing across numerous industries.
