This is my third update on our Microsoft Center of Excellence and I’m happy to say that we’re starting 2019 with some great news.
We have been awarded another Microsoft partnership
Many of you know that we are Microsoft Gold partners with competency in Application Development, which we’ve held since 2009, and today I’m happy to announce that we have been awarded another Microsoft partnership, this time a Silver Datacenter competency. In the words of Microsoft, this status proves our capability to:
‘Offer customers the ability to transform data centers to become more flexible, scalable, and cost-effective. [And] Provide hybrid solutions that bridge on-premises and the cloud.’ – source
This is crucial to us as it demonstrates our ability to deploy and manage Windows Server-based infrastructure as well as deploy and manage Virtualization solutions. These skills not only support the high performance of TEAM’s internal infrastructure, but they also allow us to deploy and maintain customized infrastructures for our customers to enable efficient software development services.
As our experience shows, when customers choose to host their project’s infrastructure at TEAM premises this typically allows them to quickly create cost-effective, scalable, and well-maintained solutions for project teams.
Additionally, I’d also like to share with you a small update on our educational efforts. Since my last update in November, another 2 more Microsoft certifications have been passed – bringing the total number for 2018 up to 14 in just under 6 months.
And last, but not least, this month we are graduating the first group of 6 people from our Microsoft Lab, from a 4-month intensive course on Dynamics 365 including development (configuration, customization, business analysis, quality assurance, and project management) and functional consultancy expertise. Thanks to everyone who has dedicated their efforts to further improve their skills in Microsoft technologies.
