ITC had a need in developing a single tool for all business processes within the company – employees’ database, payroll processes, client management, projects / jobs creation and management as well as other features that will allow organizing the work in an efficient way and having all information required in one place.
After encountering a series of problems and poor service with other parties ITC has chosen TEAM International as a partner to perform project management, business analysis, development, QA and testing. After determining the root cause of migration issues, TEAM International development team analyzed the code base, modules, platform, database, QA processes and came up with the list of improvements. TEAM consultants created the backlog of features and instructions for extension of the application functionality
