BullsEye is a large international company with multiple customers and different projects. The in-house development capabilities were insufficient to cover all needs for different technical improvements, integrations and new requirements. On top of that, BullsEye has made a decision to redesign one of their current systems into a new technology, expanding the scope of work for their Wish List.
BullsEye chose Dedicated Development Center engagement model that allows the Client to have a team completely dedicated to their business needs.
TEAM’s Consultants were involved in Knowledge Transfer process to discover BullsEye business processes, needs and the new technologies. A business trip for TEAM Software Engineers and Project Manager was organized to help them learn the core product, modules and tools, and to set up the initial processes.
On BullsEye project the team is working on the following tasks:
• Enhancements and changes to BullsEye existing system – Unicare
• Integration of BullsEye products with different providers, like Verizon, Global Capacity, DocuSign, etc.
• Replacement of current activity workflows to the new K2 workflow
• Enhancements and fixes to SharePoint site
• Testing and bug fixing
Additionally the team is working on different areas, focusing on priority tasks for BullsEye customers and system users, which results in immediate release of important features. TEAM developers also assist in setting up the engineering practices and processes to improve the quality of the released product.
