Quality Assurance
While Quality Control, or Testing as it is most commonly known, is traditionally a reactive function to find defects in completed products or existing systems, Quality Assurance is a much larger and more-encompassing proactive activity which addresses processes throughout an organization. With respect to the SDLC, Quality Assurance is tasked with implementing sound processes from the beginning of a Project Life Cycle and auditing those processes to ensure a high-level of quality in product delivery. TEAM provides Quality Management Services built-in to our other service lines, but we also have the ability to provide consultation on this as a standalone service for companies wishing to implement a Quality Management System from a 3rd party perspective. TEAM, having gone through and continuously improving our own procedures, can evaluate a company both organizationally and with respect to business process to determine relevance and efficiency of current practices, whereby we can make recommendations to improve quality and performance, implement a system of periodic self-evaluation and gap analysis, instituting improvement programs to continuously raise the level of operation.
