For our purposes at TEAM, development services include such major activities as Project Planning, Monitoring and Control, Software Requirements Specification Analysis, Software Architecture, Software Development, and Unit Testing. Quality Control, or Testing as it is more commonly referred to, is also an integral part of the SDLC and most often included in a client’s request for development services.
