Senior Java Developer/Teamlead
Primary Requirements:

• Fluent English, written/spoken.
• Work experience 3-5+ years in middleware development, strong OOP, OOD experience.
• J2EE preferably JBoss, WLI/WLS.
• Good knowledge and practical use of 1-2 software development methodologies (SCRUM, waterfall, iterative, etc.).
• Advanced use of tools: Source Control, Bug tracker, Continuous Integration.
• Experience in effort/Schedule estimates.
• Experience in Unit Testing and Code Reviews.
• Experience in software design and documenting design solutions.
• Ability to understand and create UML diagrams.
• Strong people management skills.
• Experience in Team Leading, mentoring.
• Fast Learning.
Secondary Requirements:
• Java SE (1.4+), Java EE - JMX, JMS, EJB3, Hibernate, Spring.
• Web services - WSDL, SOAP, Rest services.

• JBOSS - AS, EAP, SOA-P, ESB, Smooks, Drools.
• MSSQL, PL/SQL.
• Maven, Eclipse, Jboss Developer Studio.
• Test Driven Development - JUnit, TestNG.
• Continuous Integration - Hudson, Jenkins, Teamcity.
• Certifications on JBoss (JB161, JB325), SCJP.
• Theoretical knowledge and work experience in databases, 1+ years (preferably Oracle).
Other Requirements:
• Discipline and strong attention to details.
• University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Practical experience in working with documents: Software Requirements Specification, Software Design Specification, Reports.
• Desire for self-improvement.
• Ability for teamwork.
