Strong Mid Project Manager
Requirements:
• 5-7+ year experience in Software Development.
• 2-3+ years of full time PM experience.
• PM experience should include majority of project management practices such as but not limited to: estimation and scheduling, project scope management, communication management, risk management, people management and professional development, etc.
• Good theoretical knowledge and practical experience in 2-3 software development methodologies, standards, frameworks (PMBOK (majority of knowledge areas) - a must, SCRUM - a must, any Quality Management System (ISO, CMMI, etc.) - big advantage, other Agile, Iterative, etc.).
• 2-3 years of previous experience in any IT profession (developer, tester, etc) before being a PM.
• Experience in managing more than one projects at a time and team size of 5+ people, 2-3+ years.
• Ability for independent work.
• Excellent communication skills: upper intermediate+ written and spoken English; spoken communication with customers including phone communications; timely communication to relevant people; accurate and timely reporting.
• Knowledge of different contract types and their applicability.
• Ability to produce realistic effort and schedule estimates.
• Awareness, ability to work with software measurements (product/process quality/performance) and take measurements into account for decision making.

• Ability to produce and maintain all necessary project documentation in perfect condition (plans, reports, estimates, change requests, specifications, test documentation, meeting minutes, etc).
• Experience and ability to establish effective work processes taking into account company and customer's needs.
• Strong Change Request management, sign-offs proofs/evidences collection.
• Strong monitoring and controlling abilities.
• Proactive, productive and positive thinking.
• A must - diplomatic, conflict resolution abilities; productive problem solving; good people management skills; knowledge and practical use of HR management theories and management styles; open to learn new business domains, project management techniques, willing to follow corporate/customer software development standards/processes; ability to hear different opinions, needs, goals; project team professional development.
• Advanced use of tools: MS Project or similar, any bugtracker, MS Word, Excel, Visio, Email.
• Ability to clearly express thoughts in written and verbal form.
• Self organization, punctuality is a must.
