 Oct 17, 2008 - Matt Moore visits his team in Kharkov.

Matt Moore, TEAM International’s CEO, has recently visited his team in the new Kharkov office. He came along with Lori Shenefield, VP of Operations, to evaluate the year 2008 business and to do strategic planning with the management teams for the next year.

Matt Moore congratulated his Kharkov teams on getting appraised as a CMMI Level 3 organization and praised each employee involved with the certification process for his/her endeavors and personal input. In his speech to the Ukrainian staff Matt Moore stated TEAM’s major strategic goals to be reached over the next year. These goals include, but are not limited to:
1) Continuous company growth by signing more new contracts;
2) Establishing new partnerships with Russian and European offshore outsourcing companies;
3) Enhancing collaboration with Ukraine’s higher educational institutions and research centers and
4) Opening a new offshore outsourcing location.

In spite of his busy schedule Matt Moore volunteered to visit the Kharkov Orphan House No 3 which has been under TEAM’s patronage for more than a year. Matt Moore was happy to participate in the new delivery of infant goods by TEAM International. He got acquainted with the Orphan House’s staff and made a promise that TEAM would continue supporting the House with the most wanted goods. Philanthropy will help TEAM International grow as a socially responsible company setting up a good example of ethical social conduct for other regional businesses.

Matt Moore’s next visit is expected on the New Year Eve.
