Mid / Senior JAVA Developer
Requirements:
• Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English, written/spoken.
• Good theoretical knowledge and practical experience in: J2EE (JBoss, Servlets, JSP, JSF, EJB, Spring, Hibernate, AJAX, Web Services, XML).
• Strong OOP knowledge. Work experience 1-3 years.
• Theoretical knowledge and work experience in databases, 2+ years (SQL, Oracle).
• Knowledge and practical experience in client-side scripting (Javascript, JQuery etc).
• Discipline and strong attention to details, analytical skills will be also valuable.
• University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Good knowledge and practical use of 1-2 software development methodologies (RUP, MSF, XP, waterfall, iterative, etc.).
• Advanced use of tools: Source Control, Bug tracker.
• Practical experience in working with documents: Software Requirements Specification, Software Design Specification, Reports.
• Desire for self-improvement.
• Ability for teamwork.
• Experience in effort estimates.
• Ability to read/understand UML diagrams.
• Ability to precisely follow corporate policies and management directions.

Responsibilities
• Effective work with minimal supervision.
• Precisely follow software requirements specifications.
• Follow company policies, software development standards/processes/practices.
• Requirements analysis.
• Unit testing.
• Write project documentation (software design, reports etc…).
• Write developer documentation (manuals, release notes, etc…).
• Documents/Code reviews.
