Mid Level QA
Requirements:
• 1+ years testing experience.
• Experience in testing Web Application.
• Experience in design and development test documentation (at least Test case/Check lists).
• Experience in a review of Software Requirements Specification.
• Experience with some Bug tracking systems.
• Experience in estimating the amount of work.
• Strong understanding of testing processes, methodologies and standards.
• Knowledge of internet technologies.
• Basic knowledge of any of software development methodologies/SDLCs (SCRUM, waterfall, iterative, etc.).
• Problem solving skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Discipline and strong attention to details.
• Ability to handle many concurrent tasks on tight deadlines.
• Effective work with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English.
• University degree, preferably in Computer Science (or equivalent).
Optional skills (will be an advantage):
• Practical experience with Test Reports creation.
• Experience/practical knowledge in any programming language, databases (SQL, data structures).
• Experience in writing database queries and scripts (MS SQL).
• Team leading experience.

Key responsibilities:
• Thoroughly tests software to ensure proper functionality.
• Execute functional, regression, ad-hoc, smoke and automation testing.
• Create/update/review Test Documentation (Test Case, Check Lists, Test Plan etc).
• Identification, analysis and further processing of the defects.
• Participate in the development and implementation of test strategies.
• Participate in estimating testing activities.
• Analyze/Review Software Requirements Specifications.
• Analysis of test results and reporting progress to QA Lead.
