Mid Level .NET Developer
• Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English, written/spoken.
• Good theoretical knowledge and practical experience in: .Net Framework Fundamentals and FCL 2.0 / 3.5, .Net Web application development, .Net Desktop/Smart clients development, ORM skills, .Net Distributed application development, .Net Db Access.
• Strong OOP knowledge.
• Work experience 1-3 years.
• Good theoretical knowledge and work experience in databases, 1+ years (SQL, Oracle). • Discipline and strong attention to details.
• University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Good knowledge and practical use of software development methodologies (RUP, MSF, XP, waterfall, iterative, etc.).
• Advanced use of tools: Source Control, Bug tracker.
• Practical experience in working with documents: Sofware Requirements Specification, Software Design Specification, Reports.
• Desire for self improvement.
• Ability for teamwork.

• Abillity to read/understand and create UML diagrams.
• Ability to precisely follow corporate policies and management directions.
• Effective work with minimal supervision.
• Limited communication with customers.
• Presicely follow software requirements specifications.
