Mid Greybox Tester
Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience.
• Experience in testing both Web and Desktop Applications.
• Experience in design and development test documentation (at least Test case/Check lists).
• Experience in a review of Software Requirements Specification and Testing documentation.
• Experience with some Bug tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of testing processes, methodologies and standards.
• Knowledge of internet technologies including familiarity with multiple browsers.
• Basic to moderate experience in databases (SQL, Oracle, data structures), operating systems scripting.
• Quick learner with the ability and interest to rapidly acquire and apply new technologies.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Patient, diligent, intelligent.
• Intermediate or better English, written/spoken.
• University degree, preferably in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Good insight in the IT and technology platforms.
• Ability to understand UML diagrams.
Key responsibilities:
• Be able to design and plan the testing strategy on small to medium size projects.
• Independently be able to design and implement test cases on small and medium-sized projects.
• Execute functional, regression, ad-hoc, smoke testing.
• Execute technical (grey-box) tests.

• Report on testing progress, issues, and error level.
• Create/update/review Test Documentation (Test Case, Check Lists, Test Plan etc.).
• Report progress and analysis of test results to QA Lead.
• Work with: Oracle database and workflows, PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, jBPM, IBM Lotus Notes, BEA Web Logic, JBoss, .NET Web Applications, .NET WinForms.
Other requirements:
• Strong attention to details.
• University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Good knowledge and practical use of one of the following software development methodologies (SCRUM, waterfall, iterative, etc.).
• Desire for self-improvement.
