Mid C++ Developer
Required:
2-3+ years experience in software development using MFC, COM, ATL, STL with MS Visual C++ 2005
2010.
Strong practice of OOD/OOP principles.
Intermediate English, written/spoken.
Desirable:
DirectShow, audio codecs and audio equipment management in MS Windows;
Script setup packages with InstallShield.
Software adaptation for Citrix or MS Terminal Server environments.
System programming in MS Windows or Linux.
Will work with:
Combination of service maintenance and new feature development/integration for a family of existing products that target dictation management and speech recognition market.
Product was integrated already or going to be integrated in the future with the following products: SpeechMagic (www.myspeech.com), Nuance Dragon (www.nuance.com), Phillips dictation solutions (www.dictation.philips.com) and HL7 - Health Level Seven International standard.

Other requirements:
Discipline and strong attention to details.
University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
Good knowledge and practical use of one of the following software development methodologies (SCRUM, waterfall, iterative, etc.).
Tools: Source Control, Bug tracker.
Practical experience in working with documents: Software Requirements Specification, Software Design Specification, Reports.
Experience in effort estimates, unit testing, code review, refactoring.
Ability to understand and create UML diagrams.
Experience in creating and documenting software designs.
Desire for self-improvement.
Ability for teamwork.
Ability to precisely follow corporate policies, management directions, specifications.
Experience in communicating with foreign customers (written, verbal face-to-face and phone).
