Mid Business Analyst
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of full time BA experience.
• Advanced English written/spoken.
• Good theoretical knowledge and practical experience in working with one of 2-4 SDLCs and 2-4 software development methodologies.
• Ability for spoken communication with foreign customers including phone communications.
• Diplomatic, conflict resolution abilities.
• Productive problem solving.
• Ability to clearly express thoughts in written and verbal form.
• Ability for independent work.
• Ability to quickly learn new business domains.
• Ability to easy understand given project business area terms.
• Good practical experience in writing software development documentation in English.
• Ability to discuss, document, approve requirements with customers.
• Ability to clearly inform team members as for what has to be done.
• Theoretical knowledge of Change Requests Managing procedure.
• Track changes to requirements and timely document them and inform appropriate people.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Visio.

• Good knowledge of UML and any Case tool (Visio, EA, etc.).
• Ability to use any graphical tool.
• Good knowledge of document management techniques (configuration management).
• Document reviews.
• Good communication skills, tolerant attitude.
• BA effort estimates.
• Ability to develop/write software design documents is a great plus.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools: task tracking, bugtracking, source control.
• Ability to travel abroad.
• Take part in initial conversations with customers from the very beginning of projects.
• Experience/Knowledge of online gaming business domain, preferably Poker rules is a plus.
• Experience in creating specifications for Web and Flex applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of methods in client – server communications is a plus.
