Matt Moore, Principal and CEO

Matt co-founded TEAM in 1991, and currently serves as CEO of TEAM International Services, Inc. Matt holds both a BA in Computer Science and an MBA. Matt was the founding President of the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB). He also served as the national NACCB Government Affairs chair from 1998 to 2001, President in 2002 and Chairman in 2003. NACCB is the only national trade association dedicated exclusively to supporting IT services companies and represents nearly 400 IT services companies with $15 billion in combined annual revenue.

Chris Walton, President

Chris Walton has more than eight years of experience in the IT Professional Services industry with TEAM International Services, Inc. His roles have included Staff Recruiter, Branch Manager, Director of Shared Services, and most recently COO of offshore operations in Kharkov, Ukraine. Prior to TEAM, Chris spent 15 years in the medical equipment manufacturing industry where he was responsible for plant operations and Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives, including ISO 9000 and Six – Sigma. In his current role at TEAM International Services, he leads the efforts to deliver projects on-time and on-budget for our clients, as well as TEAM's pursuit of CMMi Level 4.

Joe Chiovarou, Senior Vice President - Business Development

Joe joins Team International Services, Inc. with over 15 years of Sales and Sales Management experience including Software solutions for Blackbaud, Inc. a major provider of fund-raising software, Telecommunications and Outsourcing for AT&T, Consulting solutions for Gartner Group, and Financial Services solutions for UBS Financial Services. Joe also has extensive experience in the Software Development Life Cycle including roles as Project Manager, Team Leader, Senior Programmer, Database Designer, and Business Analyst. Joe has a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Decision Sciences and Computers and Finance, an MBA in Finance, and he is Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) by IAOP.

Paul Huetz, Director of Operations, Ukraine

Prior to TEAM Paul has spent 7 years in the IT field working for French game publisher Gameloft. He has set up and managed 3 software development centers for Gameloft, including centers in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), Hyderabad (India), and Kharkov. Most recently, Paul has been managing Gameloft’s center in Danang, Vietnam, with a staff of more than 520 people. Paul’s experience with offshore development centers, coupled with his knowledge of Kharkov’s culture and marketplace, assures TEAM and our client partners’ success. Born and raised in Bordeaux (France), Paul graduated from Sorbonne and Ecole Nationale des Chartes, where he studied history, art history, and Latin.
