TEAM International Account Executives work closely with our clients to pinpoint their precise needs at the start of every engagement, and use a rigorous recruitment and qualification process to ensure we deliver highly motivated professionals with the technical skills, solid business experience and personal attributes our clients seek.

Our process includes these steps:
• Candidate search: By employing a variety of traditional and innovative candidate sourcing strategies, TEAM International is able to quickly and accurately identify qualified candidates for even the most complex requirements. Our search methodology integrates targeted searches in our proprietary database of over 60,000 candidates, consultant referrals, Internet and print advertising, and active participation in industry events and local market technology groups.
• Education and work-related background check: TEAM International validates educational credentials, and verifies our candidates have at least three years of experience in their field/skill set (unless the skill set is in a technology new to the market). We do not represent recent college graduates without the business knowledge and IT or Healthcare IT experience required to be a TEAM International consultant.
• Additional candidate screening: Upon request, TEAM International will conduct drug testing and criminal background checks.
• Technical interview: TEAM International has the ability to complete a technical interview to assess a candidate’s technical strengths and weaknesses, and/or conduct an online technical test in a specific technical skill.
• Management interview: In addition to matching consultants to your environment and verifying that their technical and soft skill capabilities meet your needs, your TEAM International Account Executive will interview and evaluate each candidate before he/she is presented to ensure they are an excellent fit.
• Candidate submittal: Each candidate submittal will include specific information that clearly demonstrates the individual’s qualifications, experience and personality are an ideal match for the job requirement.
