Configuration Manager
Required:
• Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in both operating environments, as well as software development within IT.
• Good understanding of both the development, deployment and operation processes.
• Experience in scripting the configuration management processes.
• Continuous integration approach and tools such as Hudson, TeamCity.
• Source controls such as Perforce, etc.
• Moderate experience in systems and database administration.
• Experience with several of: JBoss, BEA Weblogic, Windows Server, Oracle, Networking, Unix-like.
• Upper Intermediate English or better, written/spoken.
• Clear documentation of configuration management procedures
Responsibilities:
• To perform configuration management on test environments:
• Build and deploy software as well as to build, document and automate/script processes.
• Error searching of environmental issues.
• Maintain and develop test environments in cooperation with architects and operation.
• Direct merge process in connection with new releases.
• Documenting the artifacts included in to build a test environment.

Other requirements:
• Highly responsible and disciplined.
• Strong attention to details.
• University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Good knowledge and practical use of one of the following software development methodologies (SCRUM, waterfall, iterative, etc.).
• Desire for self-improvement.
• Ability for teamwork.
• Practice-oriented.
• Structured and methodical way of thinking and doing everyday work.
• Open and service-minded.
• Experience in communicating with foreign customers (written, verbal face-to-face and phone).
• Ability to travel to customer's site several times a year.
