The Client

For decades, this full-service real estate title business has protected and elevated the role of thousands of its professional members. In addition to providing title insurance underwriting services, this company helps members and their firms increase their knowledge and grow their practices through comprehensive services, technology tools and training programs.

The Challenge

Successfully completing critical in-house projects that support its members’ needs is a key objective for this quality-driven organization. To maintain fully staffed IT project teams, the client regularly engages supplemental technical talent from technical staffing firms. As an organization committed to the highest levels of confidentiality, customer service and consistent processes, the client’s challenge was to identify highly capable recruiting partners whose ethics and values aligned with its own.

The Solution
In 1999, the title firm implemented a stringent IT recruitment vendor selection process to limit its preferred IT recruiting providers to a select few, including TEAM International.  Since that time, although its primary vendor list has repeatedly changed TEAM International has remained one of its top three authorized vendors.

TEAM International provides the client with a variety of IT consultants including testers, business analysts, project managers, programmers, network engineers, help desk staff and field engineers. “Having TEAM International consultants on board has enabled us to deliver key projects on time, and their project leads and business analysts have played key roles in keeping projects on schedule,” stated the IT manager.

Although consultant usage varies, a mission-critical project has been underway for two years, significantly increasing the client’s number of contingent IT requirements. “Even though we’ve increased our needs, TEAM International’s consultant quality remains high,” the IT manager continued. “TEAM International is very honest and sets clear expectations; they will tell us when it might take longer to fill an opening because the market is tight for a particular skill.”
