• Advanced theoretical knowledge and work experience in databases, 2+ years (MSSQL and/or Oracle).
• Discipline and strong attention to details.
• University degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of software development methodologies (RUP, MSF, XP, waterfall, iterative, etc.).
• Experience in leading teams of 2-5 people would be a plus.
• Practical use of 1-2 software development methodologies.
• Experience in communicating with foreign customers (written, verbal face-to-face and phone). 1+ years.
• Advanced use of tools: Source Control, Bug tracker. Practical experience in working with documents: Sofware Requirements Specification, Software Design Specification, Reports.
• Theoretical knowledge of Change Requests Managing procedure.
