"I found myself at the end of my current contract with nowhere to go. I was very nervous to say the least. I began to do multiple faxes of my resume, in desperation. Weeks went by when I received a call from a person who identified herself as an agent from TEAM International. Never hearing of them, I was skeptical to say the least. But this agent did not approach me the same way the others did. This agent simply asked me what she can do to help me. No sales pitch, no pushing me to come in and sign papers; just what can she do to be of service to me.
I found this refreshing, so I told her of my situation and what I thought would be an ideal job for me. She asked me if she could call me back in a few days. Of course, I took this as a " don't call us, we'll call you."
But to my surprise, I received a call the next morning and it was the TEAM International agent again. She stated that she matched me up with the job I thought to be ideal. Now you must understand I was expecting to hear that they found a job that they thought was ideal for me, not the job that I thought was ideal for myself. They used words like match for you, a job that you described, it was always what I wanted or what I thought was right for me. Not what they thought was right, or what they wanted."

"Although I never heard about TEAM International before I sent my resume. In the year-and-a-half that I have worked for TEAM International, I have found them to be an exemplary IS contracting firm. First and most importantly, I have never experienced a payroll problem. My biweekly paycheck or pay statement has always arrived at my home on time and the hours, rate and net amount have always been correct.
As an hourly worker, I have not taken advantage of the full-featured benefits package that TEAM International offers, except for dental insurance. I have found this to be competitively priced and have always found TEAM International’s benefits manager more than willing to assist in resolving any problems with the insurer as they have arisen.
When my current contract was coming to an end, TEAM International offered several other positions to me within one week of their learning of my situation. Although I chose not to apply for the positions offered, I must say that TEAM International expended a solid, good faith effort to place me in another position.
Overall, I have found TEAM International to be the best company of its type that I have worked for to date. Their representatives have stayed in touch by visiting my work site on a weekly basis and weekly calls, thereby reassuring me of their continuing commitment, presence, and support. Although I had no work-related problems that warranted their involvement, I am confident, based on their demonstrated attitude that TEAM International would have worked diligently to resolve them.
If in the future I were to seek employment, TEAM International would certainly be a top consideration."
