Dec 1, 2005 - TEAM International Leaders Attend Leadership Training in Kyiv
In November, 2005, Recruiting Manager and Project coordinator from TEAM International attended special leadership training in Kyiv. The two day training seminar focused on “What a Successful Manager Should Know and Do” and included role playing of everyday management issues.
Golden Staff Training Center, where the course was offered, is one of the few specialized companies in Ukraine providing management consulting and business training. Training courses and seminars at this center are focused on helping managers to obtain practical skills in their professional area
The benefit Kiril G. and Andrey C. have received from this training is hard to overestimate. Course exercises covered such diverse aspects of their professional lives as management styles, assigning roles in teams, meetings and discussions with staff, conflict resolution, and so on. This training represents the next step in TEAM International’s global campaign to provide professional training to each employee at TEAM International.. The campaign includes sending Software and QA Engineers, Team Leads, Accountants, Recruiters, and Marketers to outside training courses and seminars to continue to develop expertise in their fields.
