Although Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) is defined in different ways, for us it means investment in professional staff training and creation of staff development opportunities, establishment of charity initiatives, and encouraging people to share their vision of how to improve the quality of living standards within the local communities.
CSR is an essential part of TEAM’s operations. We consider CSR to be a sustainable approach to business that benefits all stakeholders: clients, employees, shareholders, as well as local communities.

Professional Staff Training
While employees may have sufficient skills and experiences at the hiring stage, their work environment and tasks may change and they obviously need an opportunity to improve their skills.
TEAM International provides a wide range of development opportunities for company employees willing to upgrade their skills on a regular basis. TEAM managers evaluate each employee’s job performance regularly in order to detect any possible skill gaps and to fill them in.
TEAM International supports such external training for staff as training courses, webinars etc. TEAM International conducts a number of IT-related seminars for students and successfully implements Student Job Shadow Program, which is a great opportunity for informal learning

Charity events for the local orphanage
Expanding CSR beyond our 4 walls, TEAM International started a charity program dedicated to support, encourage, and motivate employees to contribute to orphan child care.
The Program goes beyond individual projects and acts as a long-term involvement with the communities.
TEAM International supports Kharkov Orphan House #3 by providing much needed items. Our desire to help is manifested in Staff fund raising as well as in company donations. We raise vital funds for children through simple ideas like cake sales and believe this is an ideal way of getting the whole company involved.
