Matt Moore, Principal and CEO
Matt co-founded TEAM in 1991, and currently serves as CEO of TEAM International. Matt holds both a BA in Computer Science and an MBA. Matt was the founding President of the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB). He also served as the national NACCB Government Affairs chair from 1998 to 2001, President in 2002 and Chairman in 2003. NACCB is the only national trade association dedicated exclusively to supporting IT services companies and represents nearly 400 IT services companies with $15 billion in combined annual revenue.

Chris Walton, President
Chris Walton has more than eight years of experience in the IT Professional Services industry with TEAM International. His roles have included Staff Recruiter, Branch Manager, Director of Shared Services, and most recently COO of offshore operations in Kharkov, Ukraine. Prior to TEAM International, Chris spent 15 years in the medical equipment manufacturing industry where he was responsible for plant operations and Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives, including ISO 9000 and Six – Sigma. In his current role at TEAM International, he leads the efforts to deliver projects on-time and on-budget for our clients, as well as TEAM International's pursuit of CMMi Level 4.

Lori Shenefield, Vice President - Global Operations and Co-Founder of TEAM Recruiting Services
Lori Shenefield has nearly two decades of experience working in the Information Technology field, and has worked at TEAM International for the past 15 years. Her roles at TEAM International have included Unix Administrator, System/Database Administrator, Recruiter, Trainer and Director of Recruiting. She now leads TEAM International’s global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. Lori has also played a vital role in the implementation and success of the TEAM International’s National Account Process and leads our efforts to deliver recruiting services and quality IT professionals to our clients internationally.

David Packwood, Vice President - Sales and Marketing
David has a distinguished career in high technology sales and marketing, with a record of success providing clients with IT solutions for growing their businesses and improving efficiencies and profits. During his 30 year professional career David has been President of two software solutions companies, has held senior executive posts at three consultancies, and has held management positions with Xerox in the UK. David has a tremendous amount of international business experience working with clients in India, Australia and UK on offshore application development. David graduated from the Lanchester College of Technology, Coventry UK with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications.
